MISE Returns Policy


Returns Accepted Within 21 Days

At MISE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your item, you may return it within 21 days of the original purchase date, and we will issue store credit.


Return Shipping Responsibility

Please note that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items. MISE will not be responsible for any lost or damaged returns.


Exclusions


Please be aware that the following conditions apply to our returns policy:


1. Sale Items:
Items marked as "Sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. Hygiene and Condition: To maintain hygiene standards, kindly wear MISE swimwear over your undergarments without removing the protective sticker. When returning, ensure all tags and labels are still attached. We are unable to process returns or exchanges for swimwear that has been worn or displays any signs of marks, stains, or pulls.

3. Gift Cards: If you paid via gift card, you will be refunded to the same gift card and will be able to reuse the original unique code towards your next purchase.


How to Initiate a Return

1. Log Into our Customer Portal: To initiate a return, please log into our customer portal within 21 days of your purchase. Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

2. Return Approval: If your return is accepted, you’ll receive return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for purchasing their own return shipping labels and covering all return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

4. All Returns Shipping Address

Securely package your swimwear, along with the original packing slip, and ship it to the following address:

4. Ship Your Return: Ship the package using a trackable and insured method. Make sure to retain the tracking information for your records.


Refunds and Processing

Once your return is received and approved, your store credit will be issued within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
